Roughly one year ago a devastating event known as the Cataclysm ravaged the distant region Faero, leaving hundreds dead and many more missing. In the aftermath of the chaos, half-human, half-Pokémon creatures rose from the shadows and attacked what little remained of civilization.

Now the technological marvel Millennium City stands proudly once more, and humans have returned to Faero, hidden safely behind the thick walls that shelter the city from the savage lands outside. The feral Pokémorphs still lurk out there, biding their time.

Will you venture out of the city and into uncharted territories to make a name for yourself as a Pokémorph trainer?

[ ]Millennium City (2 sub-boards)
This huge city is the only place in all of Faero that has been safely settled. It is self-sufficient, has extremely advanced technology, and to remain safe in a region where humans are constantly under attack by feral Pokémorphs, it has an extensive and high-tech defense system to protect inhabitants. Thousands upon thousands of people have migrated to Millennium City from other places, eager to see the feral region from the safety of the technological stronghold.

[ ]Meadow Fields
Flat land and grass as far as the eye can see! Though the occasional tree or shrub might dot the landscape, the Meadow Fields are mostly uninteresting grasslands. Though wild Pokémorphs are less common near the parts of the Fields around Millennium City, and the area is generally pleasant, it would be unwise to let down your guard even here.

[ ]Thunder Hills
Slippery, muddy slopes and rocky, gravelly bottoms are made all the more dangerous by the pouring rain and constant darkness in the Thunder Hills. The only light tends to be from the not-at-all infrequent cracks of lightning, and even with this split-second illumination there's little to see but dead grass, dead trees, and probably some angry electric-type Pokémorphs. Watch yourself.

[ ]Iridor Lake
This Lake has grown to a gargantuan size due to all of the rainwater pouring in from the Thunder Hills. It's a pretty sight to see, and rather awe-inspiring in its vastness, but Pokémorphs lurk under the cover of murky water and hiding in the green, green grass.

[ ]Scorching Steppes
Desert land as far as the eye can see is interrupted only by the Volcanic Region of the Scorching Steppes. This is easily one of the harshest places to explore due to the dryness and extreme heat. If you're lucky, maybe you'll come across an oasis, but... well, if you're not...

[ ]Jungle
Thick foliage, murky swamplands, high humidity, and skulking, hidden Pokémorphs make the jungle not only difficult to navigate and uncomfortable to spend time in, but dangerous as well. Scientists, scouts, and trainers have tried to explore the depths either for research purposes or simply for the sake of having a tale to tell, but the vast majority never returned.

[ ]Snowlands
Though what was once a jungle has become a snowy and barren wasteland, vast and difficult to navigate through, the beautiful ice forest in the north Snowlands and the ruined Aion Harbor in the south are sights to see for particularly brave and strong trainers. Careful not to fall into any of the burrows dug by wild Pokémorphs, however. They don't take kindly to intrusions.

[ ]Echo Mountains
The Echo Mountains might not have the tallest peaks, but what with all of the jagged rocks and cliffs and steep slopes, it's definitely a dangerous climb up. Inside the mountains are elaborate tunnel systems dug by wild Pokémorphs once upon a time.

[ ]Silverlight Forest
An overgrown temperate forest filled with wild Pokémorphs and strange, glowing fireflies, many wonder what interesting things are at the dark center of Silverlight, but few have even attempted to venture in that deep. There's something eerie there... and the entire forest has a sort of unsettling air about it.
